Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via email.

Refund Details:
- 75% Refund (Only registration charges) if cancellation is made before 31st May 2025.
- 50% Refund (Only registration charges) if cancellation is made before 31st June 2025.
- No Refunds after 1st July 2025.
·Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed and sent after the conference has concluded.
·Important Note: 18% GST will not be refunded on any cancellation fee.
